Shipping policy

At Tierra Eden, every arrangement is thoughtfully handcrafted using live succulents, artisan pottery, and carefully selected decorative elements. Because each piece is made with living plants and handmade materials, slight variations make every arrangement uniquely yours.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Most orders will ship Monday or Tuesday to ensure it's not sitting idle over the weekend. 

Please note:

  • Processing times may increase during holidays, market weekends, product launches, or high-volume periods.
  • Custom or large orders may require additional preparation time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States using:

  • USPS
  • UPS (for select orders)

Shipping carriers are selected based on package size, destination, and the safest method for your arrangement.


Shipping Live Plants

We take great care in packaging our succulent arrangements to help ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.

Because we ship live plants and handmade pottery:

  • Minor soil movement during transit may occur.
  • Natural variations in plant color, size, and shape are expected.
  • Handmade pottery may contain slight variations, textures, or imperfections that are part of its artisan character.

We carefully inspect all arrangements before shipping.


Weather & Transit Risk

Live plants are sensitive to weather conditions and shipping delays.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with shipping live plants, including:

  • Heat exposure
  • Cold exposure
  • Carrier delays
  • Transit stress

Tierra Eden is not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather conditions or shipping delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier.


Damaged or Problem Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

To assist with claims, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the item(s) received

We review each situation individually and will do our best to find a fair resolution.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of live plants, handmade arrangements, and artisan goods, all sales are final.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out and we will gladly review the situation with you.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Tierra Eden is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delays caused by carrier issues

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be resent.
